Bathroom designed and installed for Mrs M, Whatton Nottingham NG13

The Brief

Mr and Mrs M of Whatton, live in a lovely Old chapel in a beautiful part of Nottingham.

This bathroom project came about as the couple wanted to completely renovate their daughters bathroom to be practical yet in keeping with the age of the property, a really classic style. This is where our designer stepped in to help the couple visualize their idea’s in this Nottingham home.

The Project

The work began with ripping out the existing bathroom suite, this revealed the unfortunate discovery of asbestos. With only a short delay to the schedule, the asbestos was safely removed and a complete over haul of the plastering commenced!

Mr and Mrs M  loved the vanity unit with shaker style doors in Dakar and matching worktop. Both set off the bathroom basin and Modo pillar taps beautifully. The Aztec illuminated mirror with sensor switch finished off the vanity area.

The beautiful free standing Balham bath is a wonderful feature of the bathroom, I’m sure you’ll agree.

Bathrooms to Love supplied the the Quadrant shower enclosure and stone shower tray which fit neatly in the corner of the bathroom. No one would want to step out from under that large shower head.

The fitted bathroom was finished off with classic white tiles and white ladder style towel radiator.

The couple from Nottingham were delighted with the full management of the installation of their daughters bathroom, the fitter received much praise and a bottle of his favorite wine!
